7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1. Our Commitment

At Cartlinc, we stand behind our product. We want you to feel confident when subscribing, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy for new subscribers. If Cartlinc isn't the right fit, we'll make it right.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase. This applies to: • Monthly plan — first payment only • Annual plan — first payment only To qualify for the money-back guarantee, your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund under this policy. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or accounts that have previously received a refund.

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes: • Monthly renewals • Annual plan renewals • Mid-cycle cancellations (you retain access until the end of the billing period) • Partial months or unused portions of a subscription If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day window, you will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please email us at: support@cartlinc.com Include the following in your request: • The email address associated with your Cartlinc account • The date of your subscription purchase • A brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful) We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as account credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Cartlinc subscription at any time — no questions asked. To cancel: 1. Log in to your Cartlinc account 2. Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription 3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts Alternatively, you may email support@cartlinc.com to request cancellation. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date • You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the current billing period • No further charges will be applied to your payment method Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms above.

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for: • Unused days within a monthly billing cycle • Downgrading to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle • Reduced usage of platform features If you have a billing dispute or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@cartlinc.com and we will investigate promptly.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as significant service outages or billing errors attributable to Cartlinc. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not establish a precedent for future requests.
